NSGDatacom Announces Consolidation of Ownership and Management Change

CHANTILLY, VA — November 4, 2003 — NSGDatacom (NSG) announces that Dr. Graham King, Chairman and President, has recently completed the acquisition of all of the shares of his partner Joe Lenyi, and that Lenyi is stepping down from his day-to-day sales management responsibilities. King said, “NSG has been successful because of Joe’s sales expertise.”

Alex Dobson, previously Vice President, ASC Product Sales, is being promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He will be responsible for Sales and Marketing for NSG products, and in that capacity, will report directly to Rich Yalen, the CEO.

Dobson said, “I am very pleased to take on these additional responsibilities. I am excited about the opportunities that are in front of NSG and being part of the management team that will take NSG to the next level.”

Dobson has over 15 years of sales and executive sales management experience with large and start-up vendors of networking and communications equipment, selling to large enterprises and service providers worldwide. Companies include Motorola, USRobotics/3Com and ASC.
