NSGDatacom Announces Alex Dobson Joins the Team as VP of ASC Product Sales

HERNDON, VA - August 14, 2002 - NSGDatacom (NSG) announces that Alex Dobson has joined the NSG team as Vice President of ASC Product Sales. Dobson will report directly to Rich Yalen, the CEO.

NSG recently acquired substantially all of the assets of Advanced Switching Communications (ASC) with the plan to sell, support and manufacture the products going forward.

Yalen said, "I am excited about Alex joining us. While at ASC, as VP of Worldwide Sales, he built the sales organization from initial product availability to over $35 million in annual revenue. With Alex's experience, and with NSG's support of the product, I am confident that Alex will continue with the successful track record that he established at ASC."
